Complete room automation for a 30-room boutique hotel, with keycard-triggered welcome scenes, centralised energy management, and a hotel staff dashboard for managing all rooms from a single screen. Each room features branded in-room tablets for guest control of lighting, AC, curtains, and DND/housekeeping requests.

When a guest inserts their keycard, a personalised welcome scene activates — lights at 60%, AC at 24°C, curtains open. On checkout, all room systems switch off automatically. The system cut the hotel's energy costs by 25% in the first quarter.
