4BHK Smart Villa — Bhubaneswar

A complete end-to-end smart home transformation for a 4BHK luxury villa in Bhubaneswar. The project covered intelligent lighting with personalised scene control, motorised curtains across all rooms, HVAC integration, multi-room audio, and a fully integrated security system with video doorbell and smart locks.

The family now controls every aspect of their home — lights, temperature, curtains, entertainment, and security — through a single app and voice commands via Amazon Alexa. A dedicated "Good Night" scene turns off all lights, locks all doors, sets the AC to sleep mode, and closes all curtains with one tap.

The lighting design used premium COB downlights in the kitchen and bathrooms, Magnetic Track lights in the living and dining areas, and decorative ceiling fixtures in the bedrooms — all coordinated through a free 3D layout plan before installation.
